Mentorship may not feel like a conference prep episode, but the NBL team would like to encourage more people to participate in conference mentorship whether as a mentor (for our experienced conference attendees) or a mentee (for those new to a conference). Kevin sits down with friends of the show and experienced mentors, Ally Haynes-Hamblin and Larry Kosson where they share tips and tricks for both potential mentors and mentees.
